Herbalism – Returning to Nature’s Medicine

My Journey

I began my herbalism journey with the desire to craft my own healing balms and remedies — not just for my family and friends, but to help others reconnect with the remarkable plants that once served as humanity’s primary source of healing and nourishment.

Today, as accessing healthcare becomes harder and conventional medicines seem less effective, it’s more important than ever to return to nature's basics.

Plants often dismissed as "weeds" are powerful healers, essential for our health, vital for bees and insects, and they bring a vibrant life force to our planet through their colour, scent, and essence.

Learning and Sharing Knowledge

Most flowers and herbs are edible and medicinal.

I highly recommend expanding your knowledge

through:Foraging courses

Herbalism workshops (tbc)

Educational books and resources

Building these skills now may become crucial in the future.

As I continue my journey, I will also be offering workshops in the future where you'll learn:

How to recognize essential healing plants

How to create your own remedies

How to safely store your creations
